Abdullah Shafique, Javed Miandad, Pakistani Cricketers

Undoubtedly, Pakistan’s 22-year-old batter, Abdullah Shafique, has been dominating International Cricket. Abdullah’s superb run of form bests Javed Miandad’s, who had the greatest tally of runs and scores among international Test specialists.

Javed Miandad was the greatest cricketer Pakistan has ever produced. Abdul Hafeez Kardar was Pakistan’s first Test captain and influential director. And as soon as he first laid eyes on Miandad as a youngster in the 1970s. He famously predicted Miandad as “the find of the decade.” He was not mistaken as a batting sensation commonplace in the 80 s and early 90 s. Miandad held the record for most runs.  As he scored 645 runs in the first 11 innings of his Test career.
