HouseOfPakistan, developed and supported by Maven Logix (Pvt) Ltd, operates as a digital platform that connects buyers with independent sellers and service providers across Pakistan. Our role is to facilitate discovery and engagement between users and sellers. 

 

I. Introduction

 

1.1 HouseOfPakistan is a digital platform that connects buyers with independent sellers and service providers across Pakistan.

1.2 The platform does not manufacture, sell, or deliver any products or services directly.

1.3 Payments and deliveries are managed through third-party integrations linked with the platform.

 

II. Responsibility of Sellers

 

2.1 Sellers on HouseOfPakistan are solely responsible for fulfilling orders and providing services.

2.2 Sellers are also responsible for addressing any disputes related to returns, cancellations, or refunds.

 

III. Refunds and Returns

 

3.1 Where HouseOfPakistan does not process or hold any advance payment, refunds and returns must be resolved directly between the buyer and the seller. HouseOfPakistan will not be liable for refunding amounts in such cases.

3.2 If an advance payment has been processed through HouseOfPakistan (via third-party payment integrations), and a valid dispute is raised, the matter will be reviewed and settled between the seller and the buyer, with HouseOfPakistan facilitating communication where required.

 

IV. Dispute Resolution

 

4.1 If a buyer raises an issue regarding a purchase or service, HouseOfPakistan will act as a neutral facilitator to ensure communication between both parties.

4.2 Final responsibility for issuing refunds or accepting returns lies with the seller.

 

V. Platform Limitation of Liability

 

5.1 HouseOfPakistan does not assume responsibility for quality, authenticity, or delivery of products/services offered by sellers.

5.2 HouseOfPakistan does not assume responsibility for refunds or returns for transactions where the payment was not processed via HouseOfPakistan.

 

VI. Buyer Guidelines

 

6.1 Buyers should retain proof of payment and communication for resolving disputes.

6.2 Buyers may use the support feature, available in their User Panel  to raise a dispute (in case an advance payment was made to the platform) to report unresolved issues for products and services purchased.
