1.1 These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of HouseOfPakistan, a digital platform developed and supported by Maven Logix Pvt. Ltd.
1.2 By accessing or using the platform, whether as a buyer, seller, or visitor, you agree to comply with these Terms.
2.1 “Platform” refers to HouseOfPakistan, including its website, mobile application, and related services.
2.2 “User” refers to anyone accessing or using the platform, including buyers and sellers.
2.3 “Seller” means a registered business or individual listing products or services on the platform.
2.4 “Buyer” means a user who engages with or purchases from sellers through the platform.
2.5 “Third-Party Integrations” means external systems used for payments, logistics, or other services connected with the platform.
3.1 Users must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into legally binding agreements.
3.2 To access certain features, users may be required to create an account with accurate and updated information.
3.3 Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials and all activities under their account.
4.1 Users agree to use the platform lawfully and responsibly.
4.2 Prohibited activities include:
a) Submitting false or misleading information.
b) Violating intellectual property rights.
c) Attempting to disrupt platform operations.
5.1 Sellers must provide accurate information about their products and services.
5.2 Sellers are solely responsible for order fulfillment, quality, and compliance with applicable laws.
5.3 Sellers are responsible for handling refunds, returns, and complaints as outlined in the Refund and Return Policy.
6.1 Buyers agree to provide accurate payment and delivery details.
6.2 Buyers must not misuse the platform to make fraudulent claims or false disputes.
7.1 HouseOfPakistan integrates third-party systems for payment processing and delivery management.
7.2 HouseOfPakistan does not directly manufacture, sell, or deliver products or services.
7.3 Where HouseOfPakistan does not hold advance payments, the settlement of transactions is between buyer and seller.
7.4 If an advance is collected through HouseOfPakistan, refunds may be settled in accordance with the Refund and Return Policy.
8.1 Refunds and returns are primarily the responsibility of the seller.
8.2 Where an advance is made through HouseOfPakistan, disputes will be reviewed and settled between buyer and seller with HouseOfPakistan facilitating communication.
8.3 HouseOfPakistan is not liable for refunds where no payment is processed via the platform.
9.1 All intellectual property related to the platform, including trademarks, designs, and content, belongs to HouseOfPakistan (Maven Logix Pvt. Ltd.).
9.2 Users may not copy, modify, or distribute platform content without prior written consent.
10.1 HouseOfPakistan acts as a neutral facilitator and is not responsible for the quality, authenticity, or delivery of products/services listed by sellers.
10.2 HouseOfPakistan is not liable for disputes, losses, or damages arising from direct transactions between buyers and sellers.
11.1 HouseOfPakistan reserves the right to suspend or terminate user accounts that violate these Terms.
11.2 Termination may occur without prior notice in cases of fraud, misuse, or unlawful activity.
12.1 These Terms shall be governed by the Laws of Pakistan.
12.2 Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Islamabadi, Pakistan.
13.1 HouseOfPakistan reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time.
13.2 Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
